高崇炳，笔名高昌，原吐鲁番市作协主席，《吐鲁番》主编。鲁迅文学院年学员，甘肃省文学院一级签约作家。在四百多家刊物和网络发诗文两千多篇（首），编著作品20余部三百多万字。《文艺报》《中国文艺家》《中华新闻报》《人民日报》(海外版)，人民网，新华网，中国作家网等三百多家媒体对作者及其作品进行宣传与评论。
